This Menu is a designed as a MEAL .This Menu includes:

1. Trained, Professional, Uniformed Staff on site for a maximum of 4 hours. 
This comprises of approx.2 hours to prepare and cook and 2 hours tray service to your guests.

 - Please note : Staff ratio is 2 Staff for every 50 - 70 Guests.

Separate Staff costs = $ 95.50 per Staff.- Minimum 3 Hours.

N.B. ( No Staff Charges Apply For Functions in Excess of 50 Guests .)

A Minimum Menu Charge of $1275.00 plus GST Applies for Functions less the 40 Guests.

2. We provide our own commercial heating equipment, preparation table, cocktail napkins and all necessary condiments to compliment your selection.

3. Removal of all food waste at completion of function.
