Included in Package
All China Plates,  Stainless Steel Cutlery and Disposable Dinner Napkins (colour coordinated) Professional, Uniformed Staff to table service all courses, clear and remove all food waste. We provide our own commercial cooking and heating equipment, and only require sufficient facilities to enable space for cooking and serving of food.

Appetisers:  Tray service to your guests with Cocktail Napkins
Platters of Assorted Canapes & Tapinades- Served on Mini Toasts & Pastry Boats

Entree:  (served alternately)
Smoked Salmon: Thin Slices of Rolled Fresh Atlantic Salmon, served with a Light Salad and our Own Special Seafood Sauce.
Thai Beef Salad: Finely Sliced Cold Marinated Rare Roast Beef Served on a Bed of Asian Greens with a Delicious Thai Dressing.

Main: (served alternately)
Crusted Rack of Lamb: Tender Young Rack of Lamb, baked with Rosemary, Lemon & Garlic
Chicken Florentine: Fresh Chicken Breast Portion, filled with Cream Cheese, English Spinach and Pine Nuts. Roasted to perfection and served with Bernaise Sauce.
Accompanied by: A selection of Fresh Steaming Hot Vegetables.
Bread: Freshly Baked Dinner Rolls & Butter at each place setting for both the entrée and main meal

Dessert: (served alternately)
Baked Cheesecake: Individual Creamy Baked Cheesecake on a Biscuit Crumb served with a Fruit Coulis & Cream and a Dusting of Chocolate
Profiteroles: A Classic French Dessert. Choux Pastry Puffs,  filled with Grand Marnier Custard, Drizzled with Chocolate and served on a Bed of Custard, Cream & Dusted with Grated Chocolate.

Tea & Coffee:  (Buffet Style)
Our Tea & Coffee Station comes complete with Hot Water Dispensers, Coffee Percolators with our own unique blend of Jamaican Coffee, China Cups and Saucers and Chocolates.
